With the continuous increase in the passing percentage of children in Bihar Board from 95 percent and passing percentage of children in board exams, it will not be appropriate to assume that the education level of Bihar is increasing and justice will not be done to the children of Bihar. It will happen I believe. Whereas, the government is telling this to improve the education level and is seeking votes from the public.
