Today 40 days of Punjab farmers'
movement, the peasants shivering in the cold and the Hitler government enjoying this.
The farmers of Punjab have been continuously opposing the new agricultural
law of the Modi government. The protest of the farmers continues unabated
today. Where people are engaged in heating their homes in such a cold winter,
all the peasant brothers of Punjab and India are agitating in the open
atmosphere. Today has been 40 days of the farmers' movement. But, Narendra
Modi's government has been 'forcing the farmers who are fighting to save their
identities to agitate in the cold breaking the road'.
The government has also started resorting to the police in this movement.
The work of punishing the agitating farmers has started. Media sources have
revealed that the lathi charge has been imposed on the farmers who are
protesting at the Sindhu border in Delhi. About this, farmer leader Manjit
Singh Rai says that in Sangrur, farmers were lathi-charged. He further says
that we condemn this and we inform the Punjab government that if you do not
stop lathi-charge on the farmers then a front will be opened in Punjab against
them.
A second news related to the atrocities on farmers agitating to save their identity
has also been revealed by media sources. In this news, Delhi Haryana Police has
released tear gas shells on Sunday evening near Masani Dam in Rewari district
on a group of farmers going towards Delhi. The farmers first broke the police
barricades near Budhla Sangwari village and then in the evening they started
moving towards Delhi.
Narendra Modi gives speeches with great affection by doing Zee brothers and
sisters. However, when it comes to giving protection to these brothers and
sisters, they appear to be following Hitler's policies. Farmers are still
adamant on repealing the three new controversial laws of Modi Zee and demanding
legal guarantee on minimum support price (MSP). And the Modi team is just now
trying to convince the farmer that the farmer brothers agree in some way or
else they bring us good days too. Rakesh Tikait, the national spokesperson of
the Bharatiya Kisan Union, said that the agenda of negotiation with the
government would remain the report of the Swaminathan Committee and the
withdrawal of three agricultural laws and legislation on the MSP.
Not only this, the farmers organizations have declared that if the dialogue with the government fails then the movement will be intensified. Farmer leader Darshan Pal has said that there is a dialogue with the government on January 4 and a hearing in the Supreme Court on 5th, if the matter does not work in our favor, on January 6 there will be a tractor march on KMP (Eastern Peripheral Expressway). It will be a rehearsal parade of 26 January. Before the eighth round of talks, the United Kisan Morcha has given an ultimatum to the government, declaring that farmers will take out a tractor parade in Delhi on Republic Day, if their demands for repeal of agricultural reform laws are not met. Farmer leaders insisted that they accept nothing less than the repeal of agricultural laws. The farmers sitting on the Delhi border will not end their agitation till the central government repeals the new agricultural laws. Jai Hind, Jai farmer!
