Review on the role of World Health Organization (W.H.O) - America /World Health Organisation (W.H.O) की भूमिका पर होगी समीक्षा - अमेरिका।।
In view of the worsening situation arising out of the Corona virus in China, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared Corona as a world epidemic, declaring that the crisis in the days ahead could be very frightening. But see the misfortune of the world that no country paid any attention to this matter and kept running its business at the same speed as it had been before. It continued like meeting people. No country has been worried that the corona virus has knocked in the world, which spreads by getting people closer to each other.
चीन में कोरोना वायरस से उत्पन्न ख़राब हालात को देखते हुए विश्व स्वास्थ संगठन (WHO) ने कोरोना को विश्व महामारी की श्रेणी में रखकर इस बात की घोषणा कर दिया था कि आगे के दिनों में आनेवाला संकट बहुत भयावह हो सकता है। लेकिन विश्व का दुर्भाग्य यह देखिये कि इस बात पर किसी देश ने ध्यान नहीं दिया और अपना व्यवसाय को उसी रफ्तार से चलाते रहा जिस रफ्तार से पहले से चलता आ रहा था। लोगों से मिलना जुलना वैसे हीं चलता रहा। किसी देश को इस बात की चिंता नहीं हुई कि विश्व में कोरोना वायरस ने दस्तक दे दिया है जो लोगों को एक दूसरे के करीब आने से फैलता है।
If all the countries of the world had taken any measures at the time when China had locked itself down, then today no one would have to see such a terrible day. Do not shut down your business, but only by applying social distance and doing economic work, even then corona virus could be avoided with such a big result. यदि विश्व के सभी देश जिस समय चीन अपने आप को lock-down किया था उस समय कुछ भी उपाय कर लेते तो आज शायद इतना भयावह दिन किसी को देखना नहीं पड़ता। अपने व्यवसाय को बन्द न करते सिर्फ social distance को लागू करके आर्थिक काम करते रहते तब भी कोरोना वायरस को इतने बड़े स्तर के परिणाम से बचा जा सकता था। आज विश्व स्वास्थ संगठन (WHO) को दुनिया के सामने बदनाम नहीं होना पड़ता और न हीं विश्व के धूरी मने जानेवाले अमेरिका जो डब्ल्यूएचओ के बड़े आर्थिक दाता है को इस संगठन के खिलाफ़ किसी प्रकार की कारवाई न करनी पड़ती।
On one hand, the corona virus is still spreading its foot in the world, on the other hand, by examining the work of this organization by a powerful country like America and stopping the funds given to it, the time of crisis for those countries of the world is deepened. Who are economically weak and the country whose health services depend on a global institution like WHO. The situation in such countries can become worse which can be huge for the world community.
एक तरफ कोरोना वायरस विश्व में अभी तक अपना पैर पसारते हीं जा रहा है तो दूसरी ओर अमेरिका जैसे महाशक्तिशाली देश के द्वारा इस संगठन के कामों को लेकर जाँच करना तथा इसके दिए जानेवाले धनराशि पर रोक लगाना विश्व के उन देशों के लिए संकट का समय गहरा गया है जो आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर हैं और जिस देश का स्वास्थ सेवाएं डब्ल्यूएचओ जैसे वैश्विक संस्था पर निर्भर करता है। ऐसे देशों के हालात और भी ख़राब हो सकते हैं जो विश्व समुदाय के लिए भारी पड़ सकता है।

The US believes that the WHO has acted to hide the correct information related to the corona virus. The organization's role in managing the steps taken to prevent its spread is not transparency, so the organization cannot be given annual grant money until the WHO reviews its role in the corona virus.
विश्व महाशक्ति अमेरिकी के राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप का मानना है कि विश्व स्वास्थ संगठन (डब्लूएचओ) की भूमिका कोरोना वायरस को लेकर संदेहास्पद है, जिसकी जाँच होनी चाहिए और अमेरिकी एजेन्सी इसकी जाँच में लगी है तथा रिपोर्ट के परिणाम आना बाकी है। अमेरिका का ऐसा विश्वास है कि डब्लूएचओ कोरोना वायरस से सम्बंधित सही जानकारी को छुपाने का काम किया है। इसके प्रसार के रोकथाम के लिए उठाये गए कदमों के प्रबंधन में संगठन की भूमिका transparency नहीं है, इसलिए जब तक डब्लूएचओ का कोरोना वायरस में इनकी भूमिका की समीक्षा नहीं आ जाती तबतक इस संगठन को वार्षिक अनुदान राशि नहीं दिया जा सकता।
It is known that the United States has been giving $ 500 million in financial grants to the World Health Organization every year, while China has been giving financial grants of two to four hundred million dollars. Accordingly, it becomes the right of the US to review the actions of the WHO and bring transparency in its actions so that other countries of the world also have confidence in the WHO better, stronger and deeper than before.
मालूम हो कि विश्व स्वास्थ संगठन को अमेरिका हर साल 50 करोड़ डालर वितीय अनुदान देता आ रहा है, वहीं चीन दो से चार करोड़ डालर का वितीय अनुदान देता है। इस हिसाब से देखा जाय तो अमेरिका का यह अधिकार बनता है कि डब्लूएचओ के कार्यों का समीक्षा करे तथा इसके कार्यों में transparency लाये ताकि विश्व के अन्य देशों का भी डब्लूएचओ पर विश्वास पहले की अपेक्षा और बेहतर, मजबूत व गहरा हो।
If this organization is to maintain its existence, its role is to improve first and then we should accept this step taken by America. Rather, the WHO should also help the US in this. So that the results of the investigation can be revealed to the world at the earliest and America can give its financial donations and the world can do well.
