'Red
corridors' are turning into 'green development areas' - PM Modi. First day of
monsoon session.
The monsoon
session of Parliament has begun and on the very first day, PM Modi has created
silence in the opposition with his speeches. On the first day of the monsoon
session, PM Modi gave a speech on Operation Sindoor, which was being repeatedly
demanded by opposition leader Rahul Gandhi.
While giving
a speech on Operation Sindoor, the PM said that this decade saw peace and
progress, the red corridor is now turning into a green development area. Before
2014, the inflation rate used to be in double digits, now it is around two
percent. Inflation is low and the growth rate is high.
Breaking all
the misconceptions of opposition leader Rahul Gandhi about all the MPs of India
who were a part of Operation Sindoor, the PM said that the foreign visits of
the MPs of the multi-party delegation and their parties were commendable work.
They created a positive atmosphere for India on foreign soil.
Opposition
leader Rahul Gandhi was seen repeatedly raising questions about Operation
Sindoor. Rahul Gandhi addressed the PM of India with the word surrender.
Responding to the opposition leader, Prime Minister Modi praised the valor of
the armed forces and appealed to the MPs and various political parties to give
a message of unity.
PM Modi
said, “This monsoon session is Vijay Utsav. The whole world has seen the valor
of India's military power. In 'Operation Sindoor', the target set by the Indian
Army was achieved 100 percent. Under Operation Sindoor, the houses of the
masters of the terrorists were razed to the ground within 22 minutes.” Prime
Minister Modi said, “The brutal atrocities and massacre in Pahalgam has shocked
the entire world. Keeping party greed aside, in the interest of the country,
representatives of most of our parties went to many countries of the world and
exposed Pakistan in one voice.
They ran a
very successful campaign to expose Pakistan before the world. I want to
appreciate all those MPs, all parties for this important work done in the
national interest and this has created a positive atmosphere in the country.”
He said,
“The world is very attracted towards this new form of Made in India military
power. These days whenever I meet people of the world, the world's attraction
towards Made in India weapons being made by India is increasing.”
While giving
a lecture on the economic development of India, PM Modi said, “In the economic
sector, when you all gave us the responsibility in 2014, the country was going
through the phase of 'fragile five'. Before 2014, we were at number 10 in the
global economy. Today India is moving rapidly towards becoming the third
largest economy in the world.
PM Modi
said, 'Today our security forces are moving forward with a new confidence and
resolve to end Naxalism. Today many districts are free from Naxalism. We are
proud that the Indian Constitution is winning against Naxalism. 'Red corridors'
are turning into 'green development areas'.
