News has come to light that Nitesh Singh (38), wife of ASP Mukesh Pratap Singh posted in CID in UP's capital Lucknow, has said goodbye to this world on Wednesday. She used to live with her family in the transit hostel located in Lucknow Police Line.
The brother and father of the CID ASP's wife have made serious allegations against the ASP.
The news is that there were frequent disputes between the husband and wife. The accused say that their sister said goodbye to this world after getting fed up with the harassment of her husband. Nitesh Singh was living in her maternal home for the last seven months due to dispute with her husband.
In the case of suicide of ASP Mukesh Pratap Singh's wife Nitesh, the maternal side has accused of forcing her to commit suicide through conspiracy. According to Pramod Kumar, brother of Nitesh, his sister was under stress due to her husband's antics.
Pramod, who reached the police line, alleged that the couple often had arguments over their son's illness. The ASP often used to say to Nitesh that you are mad, your son is mad. The ASP repeated the same thing on Tuesday as well, after which the two quarreled.
According to DCP Ashish Kumar Srivastava, the ASP was in his office at the time of the incident. His 12-year-old daughter Ananya and wife Nitesh were present at home. When Ananya came out of the room at four in the evening, she screamed after seeing her mother hanging from the noose.
Mukesh Pratap Singh had come to Lucknow after being transferred from Bareilly two months ago. Before this, he was ASP Traffic in Bareilly. After the transfer, he shifted with his family.
