74 days have passed for the agitating farmers near Delhi, the capital of India, but the Narendra Modi government has not yet agreed to listen to the farmers. And this government further states that the MSP of the farmers of India is safe. When Narendra Modi's government is promising farmers that MSP of farmers is safe, then what is the problem of Modi government giving legal validity to the MSP of farmers?

For this, first the Modi government should withdraw all three of its new agricultural laws. After that Modi government should make MSP a stricter law. The officers who got involved in this got severe punishment. This law should be simplified for the farmers. This is possible when the MSP is included in the Fundamental Rights of the farmers.

You should know that MSP has not yet been rigorously implemented all over India. A large number of India's farmers are still far away from the benefit of MSP. Let me tell you that the entire farmers of backward state of India are not even familiar with MSP. In other words, MSP has already started in this state. Government officials associated with MSP in Bihar operate arbitrarily. Due to which farmers are not benefiting.

This is the reason why all the farmers of India have not yet understood the movement of the farmers of Punjab. And hence the farmers' movement in Punjab has not spread to all parts of India. But the demand of these farmers is absolutely valid. According to the news published in the Indian media, the United Kisan Morcha has decided to jam Chakka from 12 noon to 3 pm across the country today.

Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has said that there will be no jam in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, but farmers here will visit their tehsil and district headquarters and submit a memorandum to the authorities. Rakesh Tikait said that farmers will do this program in a peaceful manner and the memorandum will demand withdrawal of all three new agricultural laws and legislation on MSP.
