The Modi government of Bihar has completed all the preparations to conduct a new experiment on education again and the process of implementing it has also been completed. According to me this is the same decision taken by Nitish ji who had reinstated Shiksha Mitras in the name of improving the education level of Bihar and how much improvement has been made in education due to this restoration which is in front us.

This is a decision two steps ahead of that. Nitish ji, this time he has announced to appoint his old teachers as headmasters by stamping the Bihar Public Service Commission. These will be the same teachers who have been teaching children in Bihar for almost eight years and the coincidence is that Nitish Kumar is also the Chief Minister for almost the same number of years. Even from the teachers appointed by him and the teachers teaching the children under his rule, Bihar could not achieve that level in improving the level of education, under the guise of which the previous government was always blamed.

Nitish Kumar himself is educated, yet how did the teachers appointed by him become so foolish that even they failed to teach Hindi to the children of the village? The condition of children of government schools of Bihar is still backward from other states of India. Bihar ranks from the bottom in terms of the level of education compared to other states of India.

Today the condition of government school is such that the arrangements made during the government of former Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh for the mental and physical development of the children are not available in all the schools of Bihar. Bihar has erected the building of a government school, but what is there in the name of the system for the children to study and play?

This may be the last term of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar because after this either BJP will make its Chief Minister or the government of RJD and Congress is about to come. Kumar is going to make those teachers as headmasters through the Bihar Public Service Commission in his last term. Who have been working for the last many years to educate the children of Bihar, yet these people have proved to be a fool in teaching children. Now what is the point of betting on such a horse? These are the people who do not want or are not able to read to children. Then what will happen to these people if they take the examination by the Bihar Public Service Commission? Will a Shiksha Mitra teacher have the qualifications that a qualified teacher should have?

Nitish Kumar should have reinstated a fresh teacher by the Bihar Public Service Commission on the go, at least this time, this responsibility should have been left completely to the Bihar Public Service Commission and the commission would have restored the teachers from its level like He reinstates his employees.

If this was not possible, then instead of appointing Nitish ji as headmaster in all primary and middle schools of the Bihar government, he would have made arrangements for the physical and mental development of the children, like making arrangements for computers and technology in all government schools. And if this was also not possible, he would have let it go as it was going on.
