The Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s first speech delivered on Independence Day in 1985.

The Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s first speech delivered on Independence Day in 1985.

When Rajiv Gandhi stood on the Red Fort in Delhi to hoist the flag for the first time, the people of India were focused on listening to the speech in a calm manner in the hope that after the sudden death of Mrs. Indra Gandhi, who will take care of India and this country The one who has to travel a long time, who will drive him on this journey? The people of India sat facing the new Prime Minister of India with great restlessness and hope. There was silence in the opposition as well so that the iron is still cold. The power to take care of this country was left with none of the opposition in India. The only major party to take the path of development from the battle of freedom was not showing any hope to the people other than Congress.

Just then, Rajiv Gandhi became the Prime Minister of India, and as a Prime Minister, the public became beloved and cherished by his first speech. In his speech, he tried to touch on such aspects, which India at that time desperately needed. The people of India became convinced from this young man's first speech that it would do something for India and later it happened that Rajiv Gandhi lived up to the public's trust and said everything to do what he said in this speech Tried

However, his tenure was of very short duration as he was later murdered, which took a long time for his works to come out and by then it was so late that he was notorious. This person living life like a common man, a person who feels all the pain of poor people, got caught in the travesty of India's conspiratorial leaders and became infamous. His works were glorified and presented to the people of India in such a way that this young man was presented to the public as a villain instead of becoming a hero. Rajiv Gandhi was not harmed by this, but the public suffered a lot of damage. Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, who has taken India towards technology, has been trying to win the election by 2018 to discredit the people of the opposition and how long they will keep trying. But whenever these people raise their voice to discredit Rajiv Gandhi, then the break-up of harming the people of India has started.

Rajiv Gandhi in his first speech from The Red Fort of India says that I want to wish every citizen of India good luck. I wish our farmers and laborers, our mothers and sisters, the men of India and the children of India, the army of India and every Indian who is living abroad in every village, defeat city. It was from this Red Fort that Pandit Ji waved the tricolor flag for the first time, today Indra Ji was to be here, but she was snatched from our hands and you have given me this responsibility. Today, such generations of India have come forward, who have not seen the fight for independence, I am also one of them. Our heritage lives in the freedom struggle. Whose heart is not filled with pride today when we think of The Buddha, The Kabir, The Guru Nanak and The Gandhi Ji. They sacrifices, the sacrifices of our freedom fighters, the new path that we have included in freedom is filled with pride when we think of these things of non-violence of truth.

Rajiv further says that in the last 38 years we have made a lot of progress and in these years we have raised about 63 percent people above the poverty line. We have become self-sufficient in food grains. Our science, our independent foreign policy, our democracy, our freedom and our secularism are all things that we have been able to create and enhance in such a way that the whole world wonders how a developing country could achieve these things and this we Have done We have fought three big wars with the nearest countries. We have been able to save the unity and integrity of India. Because Gandhi Ji, Pandit Ji and Indra Ji put us on the right path, but this path is still very long and very difficult.

Right now there is a way to remove poverty from the country and this is the only way we can walk. Our whole power is to remove poverty from India. We have put science and technology in the country to remove poverty. We have seen that science and technology are in place and are in place. The Pandit Ji started this work by building big dams in the country, building iron mills and big factories and raising science. He had set his target on the poor and farmers and laborers and who together doubled our grain yield.

In order to simplify the work for ourselves and the Government of India, we have gone to every corner of the India, seen the poor of the village and slum dwellers of the city and seen India. The path is the one adopted by Pandit Ji. We are looking at the way to reach technology from poorest to poorer, how it can be done and what kind of science and what kind of technology that can benefit the poor of India the most. All this will reach the farmers and reach the laborers then India will move forward. India will grow when the country of India advances. Our whole power will be spent in uplifting the countryside of India, and will take every province of India to move forward with equal speed.

We have made a seventh plan to do it here. India will progress with this plan but our principles have not changed. The way of Pandit Ji has shown Gandhiji to the country, we want to bring development to every corner of the country. Today we should make some economic progress if we lose our heritage, if we lose our old tradition, forget our culture, lose our civilization then I will understand that no development has taken place. We have to see that along with economic development, there should be as much development in the character of India, as much power will come and to do this, we are looking to see a new education structure in front of you this month so that every corner of India Human development will be fully completed. Rajiv Gandhi gave this speech on the occasion of Independence Day in the year 1985, which our Government of India always needs to remember.
