After the Indian team won the Asia Cup 2025, there is an atmosphere of joy among the people of India. This joy was further strengthened when Captain Surya Kumar Yadav announced that he would donate all the money earned from the seven matches played in the Asia Cup to the Indian Army.

Captain Surya Kumar Yadav held a press conference after the match and announced that he would donate his entire Asia Cup fees to the Indian Army.

While making this announcement, the captain mentioned that while some people may call this a controversy, it should not be seen from a controversial perspective. We consider this a good thought and we donate all our money to the Indian Army.

"It's not controversial, it's a good thing. I actually personally want to donate my match fees from all the games I've played in this tournament to the Indian Army. Thank you to the Indian Army," said Captain Surya Kumar Yadav.

The Asia Cup final was a highly enthusiastic event among the Indian Army. The Indian Army was watching and enjoying the match. Captain Surya Kumar Yadav's donation of his entire fees to the Indian Army is truly a very patriotic and visionary act. It's thanks to this Army that we remain safe from invaders and face natural disasters like floods, droughts, and landslides. 

It's also because the Indian Army is staffed by the sons of farmers from rural India. This decision by Captain Surya Kumar Yadav is truly commendable. No amount of praise would suffice.
